Welcome to BoredGeorge! This website is operated by George Gray, the creative mind and hands behind BoredGeorge – a woodworking venture born out of passion and shaped by practice. What began as a hobby has grown into a journey of craftsmanship, and we’re thrilled to share it with you.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website. By accessing or purchasing from BoredGeorge.nz (or our social platforms), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Products and Craftsmanship

Each item is handcrafted and unique – slight variations in wood grain, color, and epoxy patterning are part of what makes every BoredGeorge piece special. We take pride in the quality and practicality of every creation, and while we strive for perfection, small imperfections are part of the handmade process.

2. Ordering and Payment

All orders are processed securely via the payment methods available at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Custom orders may take additional time to complete – we’ll keep you updated along the way.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer domestic shipping within New Zealand. Shipping times may vary depending on the item, especially custom pieces. Please allow extra time for handcrafted work. Local pickup may also be arranged upon request.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and handmade nature of the products, returns are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, and content on this site are the property of BoredGeorge unless otherwise stated. You may not use or reproduce them without permission.

6. User Conduct

We ask that all visitors use this site respectfully. Any use that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with others' use is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect necessary information to process your order and will never share or sell your information without your consent.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
